Learning to use the IFS (Internal Family System) model

The theory and practices that constitute the model are taught with the help of a methodology that invites participants to explore their own inner world in a context where respect and compassion are emphasized.

• The teaching includes presentations, discussions, exercises based on personal experience, and regular, supervised practice of therapy in small groups.
